 Ways to live healthy

Healthy is a gift from god.Many people know the healthy has many benefit but because of their busy life,they ignore their health.finally many people get sick because they do not maintain their health well.

The healthy have to be applied at an early age,because healthy life is the key to longevity,well here i will give tips how to live healthy. please pay attention to the following tips ok๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š:

1.Enough sleep 

By enough sleep it can make your body and mind refreshed so that your body's health can maintained properly.Expert say that enough sleep can reduce risk of heart disease,kidney disease and stroke.

2.Exercise diligently

Exercise is very important to maintain health,by exercising your body will will be fit and strengthen your bones and muscles.Beside that,by exercising your body will avoid several chronic disease such as heart and stroke.

3.Drink enough water

Adults need as much as two liters of waters or about eight glasses,so makesure the needs of water is fulfilled ok๐Ÿ˜Š because there are many benefits if our bodies are fulfilled by water such as improving digestion,strengthen the immune system,and reduce fatigue.

4.Clean the environment around you

The dirty environtment can invite the several diseases such as dengue fever and hepatitis which are transmitted by mosquitoes and flies.So clean your environtment ok๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š.
